Weather Situation

A high pressure ridge over eastern Victoria will weaken as a low pressure system and associated trough begins to move into the northwest late Monday. This low pressure will cross quickly eastwards across the State on Tuesday and move into the Tasman Sea in the evening. A large high pressure system over South Australia will begin to extend a ridge over western Victoria on Wednesday with the high pressure centre slowly moving the north on Thursday, remaining relatively stationary on Friday.
