Weather Situation

A cold front and its associated trough are crossing the western districts today and expected to cross the southern and central coastal waters on Saturday, with winds turning westerly in its wake. A series of cold front passing to the south of the state will maintain fresh westerly winds over the southern half of the coast during the weekend till Monday, then a more significant cold front looks set to cross much of the coast on Tuesday, with a fresh and gusty southerly wind change in its wake.
