- Weather Situation
- A trough clearing into the Tasman Sea today will allow weak high pressure ridge to briefly develop over Victoria until a strong cold front approaches from the west on Monday. This cold front, associated with a vigorous low pressure system south of the Bight, will cross Victoria late Monday, into Tuesday. The low is expected to track through eastern Bass Strait on Tuesday and then over Tasmania Wednesday, bringing a series of troughs in the mid week before it clears into the Tasman Sea on Thursday.
