Weather Situation
A low pressure system centred east of Tasmania extends a trough northwestwards over Victoria. The low and trough are moving gradually eastwards this morning. During today, a ridge of high pressure will push into western Victoria from a high pressure system over Queensland, but this ridge will move eastwards later in the day as a cold front approaches from the west. This cold front will move across Victoria during Wednesday then a high pressure system is expected to build over the Bight later in the week and extend a ridge across Victoria.
