- A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea continues moving eastward as a cold front in the Bight approaches the west, forecast to enter western Victoria on Saturday afternoon, reaching central districts at night before clearing eastern Victoria early on Sunday. A cool westerly airstream will then follow on Sunday with embedded cold fronts to cross southern Victoria at times on Sunday and Monday evening. The westerly airstream weakens on Tuesday with a high pressure system moving over the Bight.
