- A vigorous cold front and trough continue to cross Victoria this evening into tomorrow, with a squally southwesterly change reaching the bays in the middle of the night. A high pressure system will develop over the Bight late Saturday and early Sunday and will extend a ridge over Victoria early next week. The high will move eastwards to be centred over eastern Victoria late Tuesday or early Wednesday, as a weak cold front moves across Bass Strait.
