Weather Situation: A weakening ridge will linger over the south Queensland waters, linked to a high [1030 hPa] moving slowly eastwards across the Tasman Sea. A trough will approach from the interior today, crossing the coast during Wednesday, with a new ridge from a high crossing the southern Australia developing in its wake.
