The chance of a thunderstorm, possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding about K'gari in the morning and afternoon. Winds northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light before dawn then becoming west to southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h in the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to the low 20s with daytime temperatures reaching the low to high 30s.
