Weather Situation

A ridge extends over the south Queensland waters. A low [994 hPa] in the eastern Coral Sea will move south into Tasman Sea from Wednesday and then move towards New Zealand, remaining well offshore. Large and powerful east to southeasterly swells are forecast to effect the far southeastern waters on Wednesday and Thursday.
