Weather Situation

A high [1025 hPa] over southern Australia is extending a ridge across northern Queensland waters. The high will maintain the ridge and southeasterly flow across northern Queensland waters as it drifts eastwards over coming days. A trough in the Coral Sea will move slowly northwest over comings days, creating a squeeze with the ridge, increasing southeasterly winds further.
