Weather Situation

A trough extends over the Peninsula waters and will deepen and extend into the Cooktown waters on the weekend, developing into a monsoon trough from Sunday. Tropical low 29U may develop over the Coral Sea next week. A ridge extends over the waters south of Townsville.
