Weather Situation

A firm ridge will persist over the North Queensland Water for the next several days, weakening a little through the early days of next week. A trough in the far northern Coral Sea will remain slow moving over the next few days and combine with the ridge, to maintain fresh to strong southeasterly winds over the northeast waters into the early days of next week.
