The chance of a thunderstorm from the late morning, possibly severe with damaging winds and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding over the Granite Belt in the late morning and afternoon. Winds north to northeasterly 15 to 25 km/h becoming light in the early afternoon then becoming northeast to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h in the late afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to between 18 and 26 with daytime temperatures reaching 36 to 42.
