Weather Situation: A ridge will extend over the South Queensland Waters from today and persist for the next few days, as a high moves east across southern Australia and into the Tasman Sea early next week. A moderate to fresh south to southeasterly wind change will move northward over the far southern waters from later today or early Sunday.
