Weather Situation
A ridge extends over the southern Queensland waters from a high [1017 hPa] moving east across New Zealand. A broad low [1005 hPa] and trough in the Coral Sea will weaken on Sunday. A vigorous trough and southeasterly change will cross the southeast waters on Monday, followed by a new and firm ridge of high pressure as a new high begins to move east across the Tasman Sea.
