As the system passes across the Joseph Bonaparte Gulf during today it will strengthen the winds through the western NT coastal waters. Winds over the coastal waters will gradually ease from east to west during Monday and Tuesday. A trough sits along the north coast on Wednesday, maintaining light winds.
