Winds easterly 25 to 40 km/h increasing to 40 to 60 km/h before dawn then turning northeasterly 35 to 50 km/h in the late morning and early afternoon. Damaging wind gusts exceeding 90 km/h possible depending on movement and development of Tropical Cyclone Fina.
