A thunderstorm likely, possibly severe with damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding in the east in the afternoon and early evening. Winds east to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h shifting west to northwesterly 25 to 35 km/h in the morning then tending southeast to southwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 11 and 14 with daytime temperatures reaching the mid to high 20s.
