Winds will tend fresh southwesterly Thursday as the trough reaches the northern border. Winds tend moderate to fresh south to southeasterly Friday as a coastal trough forms along the northern part of the coast Friday and a ridge builds overt the south coast. Over the weekend winds will tend easterly than northeasterly as the ridge widens across the entire coast.
