- A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge towards the north coast. A slow moving trough and southerly change will stall about the Central Coast this evening and gradually weaken into Friday evening. This system will be followed by a high pressure system passing to the south, maintaining onshore easterly airstream across the coastal waters into the weekend.
