A high pressure ridge over western WA is contracting east, as a cloud band extends across the western districts. A cold front will cross the South West Capes during Sunday and travel across the South West Land Division on Sunday evening into Monday, stalling about Esperance coast on Tuesday before weakening by Wednesday. A new ridge will develop over southwest WA later Monday.
