Southwesterly 10 to 15 knots tending westerly 15 to 25 knots before dawn then increasing to 20 to 30 knots in the middle of the day. Winds reaching up to 35 knots offshore east of Cape Leeuwin in the late afternoon.

Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres during the morning, then increasing to 2 to 3 metres around midday.

Weather Situation

A trough over the Goldfields and Interior will slowly move east over the next couple of days. A series of cold fronts will move across the south coast, maintaining a showery westerly flow across southwest WA until Tuesday. A new ridge will extend over southern WA from later Tuesday, before sinking to the south coast on Thursday as a trough develops over inland South West Land Division and inland Gascoyne.
