A trough will move through northern Kimberley waters on Saturday. Another trough along the Pilbara coast will expand to the western Kimberley on Saturday, moving inland as a ridge to the east weakens. This trough will shift back to the west coast from Sunday as a ridge strengthens through inland parts. Meanwhile, a ridge in the Indian Ocean brings southerly winds to west Pilbara waters.
