Weather Situation

A cloud band that is bringing unseasonal showers and cooler temperatures to the northern districts will linger until Sunday. Meanwhile, moderate to fresh east to southeast winds will continue to ease as a ridge to the south moves away. A trough extends from offshore of the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts onto land in the Kimberley, before weakening on Sunday ahead of a new southeast surge.
