Wind

East to southeasterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching up to 25 knots offshore east of Onslow during the morning and early afternoon. Winds tending east to northeasterly in the afternoon then becoming variable about 10 knots in the evening.

Seas

Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres during the morning, then decreasing below 1 metre by early evening.

1st Swell

West to southwesterly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1.5 to 2.5 metres about offshore western waters.

Weather Situation

A weak trough will remain near coastal parts of the Kimberley and east Pilbara during the next few days. A ridge extending through the Pilbara will maintain largely east to southeasterly winds off the coast, although the ridge will be gradually breaking down and leaving a lighter wind regime in place by the weekend.
