Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres around midday, then decreasing below 1 metre by early evening.

West to southwesterly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 2 metres about offshore western waters.

A firm ridge across the south of the state directs a southeast surge across the north. The surge will weaken early next week as a trough developing near the Pilbara west coast moves inland ahead of a front across southern WA middle of next week.
