Weather Situation

A broad trough across the Pilbara will move east and weaken on Saturday, with associated patchy cloud band dissipating by Sunday. A ridge developing over the Gascoyne from late Friday will bring a southerly surge to the Pilbara waters on Saturday, extending to western Kimberley waters early Sunday. As the ridge expands into central Australia next week, an easterly flow will return.
