- A trough lays off the Gascoyne coast whilst a ridge extends over central and southern WA. Today, Severe Tropical Cyclone Narelle will curve towards the west coast, with potential for a severe impact extending south to Denham. On Saturday, the system will weaken as it quickly moves south-southeast over the Central West and then further inland and south across the South West Land Division.
