Weather Situation

A cloud band bringing unseasonal showers and cooler temperatures to the northern districts will linger till Sunday. Meanwhile, moderate to fresh east to southeast winds will continue to ease today as a ridge to the south moves away. A trough extends from offshore of the Pilbara and Kimberley coasts onto land in the Kimberley, before weakening on Sunday ahead of a new southeast surge.
