Elsewhere, winds northwest to northeasterly 25 to 40 km/h tending northeast to southeasterly 30 to 45 km/h in the early morning then tending northwest to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to the low to mid 20s with daytime temperatures reaching 29 to 38.
