Weather Situation

A weak high pressure ridge sits over inland parts of northern WA whilst a trough extends through the inland Kimberley. A new ridge will strengthen into the Pilbara and west Kimberley waters during the weekend, bringing a freshening of southerly to westerly winds across the region. A west coast trough develops inland of the Pilbara coast from Monday.
