Variable about 10 knots becoming west to southwesterly 10 to 15 knots in the morning then tending south to southwesterly in the evening. Winds reaching up to 20 knots about Shark Bay in the evening.

Below 1 metre, decreasing below 0.5 metres during the morning, then increasing to around 1 metre around midday.

Southerly 1 to 1.5 metres inshore, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore.

Weather Situation

A deepening trough near the west coast will move offshore today and a weak low pressure system will develop within the trough, as a high pressure system strengthens in the Bight. The high will move east on Monday, allowing the trough to return to the west coast. The trough will move inland ahead of a cold front brushing the south coast on Tuesday. A new ridge will build across the southwest coast from Wednesday.
