Weather Situation
A cold front is moving east across southern WA, weakening into a trough along the Eucla coast on Saturday. Associated vigorous westerly flow brings large waves and swells to the west and south coasts next few days. A deep low pressure system will move close to the Albany coast early Saturday, before moving away into the Bight later Saturday. A series of cold fronts and troughs thereafter will maintain the westerly flow across southern WA waters well into next week, while a weak ridge will develop over the Gascoyne coast.
