Weather Situation
A pair of weakening cold fronts are expected to sweep east across the state, moving into the Tasman Sea by this afternoon. A high pressure system will move in quickly from the west, to be centred over southwestern Victoria late Saturday then moving southeastwards on Sunday. On Monday northerly winds will increase over Victoria as another cold front approaches, the first of a series of fronts which will bring cooler, wet and windy conditions at times next week.
