Weather Situation
A southwesterly airstream over Victoria will give way to a ridge of high pressure that will extend over the north of the State from Monday, as a weak cold front crosses Bass Strait during Tuesday. The high pressure system moves over Victoria on Wednesday, and into the Tasman Sea on Thursday, ahead of a trough that is forecast to cross Bass Strait later Thursday.
