- A high pressure system southwest of Victoria extends a ridge over Bass Strait. The high will move east over the southern Tasman Sea on Thursday and persist through to Saturday as a trough deepens over western Victoria and moves west to SA. Northerly flow over Victoria continues on Sunday ahead of a change early next week.
