Weather Situation

A trough over eastern Victoria will clear to the east during Monday. A ridge of high pressure is expected to pass quickly over the State early Tuesday ahead of a strong low pressure system developing in the west. The low is forecast to move over Bass Strait on Wednesday with an associated cold front passing over the State. Another high pressure system is expected to move slowly across from the west late in the week.
