Weather Situation
A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will continue to direct a northerly airstream across Victoria with winds strengthening on Tuesday as a cold front crosses the Bight. The front is expected to weaken as it crosses Victoria on Wednesday with a new high pressure ridge extending over the State in its wake on Thursday. This ridge will weaken on Friday as another front moves into the Bight, strengthening northerly winds again.
