Weather Situation
A low pressure trough over eastern districts will continue to develop, forming a low pressure system to the north of the state by Thursday. This low will remain over southern NSW until it moves northward on the weekend, reducing its influence over Victorian waters. A high pressure system will also drift south of Tasmania over the coming days and will extend a ridge across the state on the weekend once the low shifts northwards.
