A weak high pressure system is moving in from the west, then will shift north Friday morning, allowing a low pressure trough to approach the west of Victoria on Friday afternoon, reaching central and eastern parts on Saturday, ahead of a high pressure ridge extending over the state from the west later Saturday and extend over the state Sunday. Another trough and cold front move over the coastal waters Sunday into Monday.
