A high pressure system extends a broad ridge over Victoria as it slowly moves east from the Bight, to be over Tasmania later today and out to the Tasman Sea on Sunday. This ridge will begin clearing as a trough enters the far west late Monday, slowly moving over the state on Tuesday.
