A high pressure system south of the Bight extends a ridge over western Victoria. The high will move eastwards across Victoria on Saturday to be over the Tasman Sea late evening. A trough will follow over the state Sunday and Monday. Another high pressure system is forecast to pass over the state on Tuesday.
