- Weather Situation
- A large high pressure system over the Tasman Sea is moving slowly east while extending a ridge over Victoria. A pair of weakening cold fronts will cross Bass Strait later Friday and early Saturday then another high moves in quickly, to be centred over southwestern Victoria late Saturday. This high will move eastwards on Sunday. On Monday northerly flow will increase over Victoria as another cold front approaches, the first of a series which will bring wet and windy conditions during next week.
