- Weather Situation
- A low pressure system and associated trough centred over the Tasman Sea will move away from the state as a high pressure system to the north extends a ridge over the west. The ridge will slowly move eastwards across the state through to the end of the week. A weak trough will clip parts of the south on Thursday. The high pressure system will move out over the Tasman Sea on Saturday ahead of a vigorous cold front expected to cross the state on Sunday.
