Weather Situation
A weak cold front approaches western Victoria this evening and crosses southern Victoria and Bass Strait on Wednesday. A high pressure system in the Bight will extend a ridge east over Victoria and Bass Strait on Thursday behind the front. A firm ridge will then persist over Bass Strait from Friday and across the weekend directing a westerly flow.
