Weather Situation
A cold front embedded in a westerly flow moves away into the Tasman Sea, as a ridge of high pressure builds over the north of the State today. The high will move into the Tasman Sea later today, ahead of an approaching strong cold front to the west. The front will cross Victoria during Saturday. Another ridge of high pressure extends over the State during Sunday before another cold front clips the south of the State on Monday.
