A broad low pressure system moves over the northwest of Victoria and into NSW. On Monday a ridge of high pressure will extend over Bass Strait as the low moves away to the north. The high pressure system will be centred over Tasmania on Tuesday before moving slowly into the Tasman Sea where it lingers on Wednesday.
