Weather Situation
A low pressure system over central SA will slowly move inland over NSW later today, extending a broad low pressure trough over Victoria. The low and trough will move slowly eastwards on Wednesday, resulting in a second small low pressure system developing over western Bass Strait. These two lows are expected to merge off the east coast later on Thursday as the combined system drifts into the Tasman Sea into the weekend while a series of weak cold fronts approach western Victoria.
