Weather Situation

A low pressure trough will move across Victoria between late Friday and early Saturday, as a band of mid-level cloud extends across the State. A cold front will clip the south of the State later Saturday, ahead of a strong high pressure system building south of the Bight. This high will extend a ridge over Tasmania and along the east coast of NSW on Sunday, before moving into the Tasman Sea late Monday.
