Weather Situation
A ridge of high pressure lies over Victoria and will contract into the Tasman Sea today. This ridge will be followed by a weak trough crossing the south on Tuesday followed by a second trough on Wednesday. A new ridge of high pressure will begin to develop in the wake of these troughs, extending from the west, then across the state on Thursday.
