A strong high pressure system south of the Bight extends a ridge across Victorian Coastal Waters. The high will remain slow moving until Monday as it directs a cool southerly airstream over Victoria, with a cold front forecast to push up through southern Victoria this morning then it will move off to the east by Sunday morning.
