- Weather Situation
- A low pressure trough lies over eastern districts with an associated a low pressure system to the north of the state over southern NSW. This low remains near stationary until it moves northward on the weekend, reducing its influence over Victoria. A high pressure system will also drift south of Tasmania over the coming days and will extend a ridge across the state on the weekend once the low shifts northwards. Another trough of low pressure will move across the state early next week.
