Weather Situation

A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea is directing a warm northerly airstream across Victoria as a low pressure trough crosses the Bight. The trough is expected to move over western Victoria late on Wednesday before moving slowly across central Victoria during Thursday. The trough is forecast to deepen over eastern Victoria throughout Friday before moving over the Tasman Sea during Saturday as a high pressure system approaches Tasmania.
